The Pacific Ocean is full of exciting and exotic forms of marine life. At the Waikiki Aquarium, you'll find rare fish varieties, local favorites, and reconstructed habitats that let you view these underwater lifeforms in their favorite environments.
The Waikiki Aquarium is one of the oldest aquariums in the United States. Since it was opened in 1904, the aquarium has been dedicated to the research and preservation of marine life. Walk along the outdoor Edge of the Reef exhibit to see the same fish you might find while out snorkeling or playing on Hawaii's beaches. Inside the museum, check out the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands to see fish from some of Hawaii's most isolated areas.
The Aquarium is open every day from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Admission covers the entire museum and includes access to a guided audio tour on your phone.
