Break'N Anger, Hawaii's only rage room, opened in 2020 by three friends with the intent of offering individuals a safe place where they could release pent-up emotions while enjoying an enriching and transformative experience.
At the start of their journey, participants select 11 items each to unleash their fury upon, with larger appliances also an option for further mayhem. Once in coveralls and after reviewing safety rules, participants receive gloves, helmet, face shield and face protection before entering a room equipped with an iPod allowing them to listen to their preferred music while lights flash synchronized to its beat.
Photosensitive participants can opt to have flashing lights disabled. At the conclusion of their rampage, participants can unwind in an air-conditioned Zen Lounge playing creative games and watching live monitor feeds of other participants' activities.
Add an artistic element to the experience by providing each participant with a canvas and five different color paints for extra artistic flourish. Neon Splatter Paint Guns loaded with ultraviolet paint can also be utilized for an added splatter fun element!
Break'N Anger offers an unrestrained expressive process with no set rules; participants are free to throw paint at one another, the walls, or canvas in order to unleash emotions and enjoy making a mess!
