The highlight of the estate its regular chocolate tastings, which also include healthy servings of fresh fruit. This family-owned orchard secluded in the serene ambiance Kauai's North Shore is a recent development - it was founded in 2004 by Bill and Lucinda Robertson.
Princeville Botanical Gardens was opened to the public in 2010 after several years of planning. The location is very young, but its organic chocolate is the hottest food product on the island.
