By pedaling past historic landmarks such as the University of Hawaii and remnants from early sugar and coffee plantations sites, we will explore the valley's vibrant past. Along our route are hidden treasures such as Lyon Arboretum and Manoa Heritage Center before reaching our final stop, Manoa Falls Trail.
On ancient Hawaiian paths, we will trek to a spectacular 150-foot waterfall that was frequented by legendary "Night Marchers." Following that trek will be an inviting natural pool for swimming accompanied by treats and cold beverages.
