Our comprehensive lesson includes 15-30 minutes of ground school to teach the fundamentals and safety procedures, followed by three 20-minute water runs where you'll master eFoil riding. Plus, take advantage of two 10-minute breaks without cutting into your water time for additional instruction, stretching or snacks!
Professional instructors lead this lesson designed to accommodate all skill levels and require no prior surf experience. Your lesson begins with a 30-minute land lesson covering balance, maneuvering techniques, safety precautions and balance exercises. With CGA-approved life vest and radio helmet provided as standard equipment you'll feel safe throughout your experience with us!
Your coach will guide you from either shore or water using a radio helmet, starting with basic skills like belly riding, knee riding and standing positions before progressing through subsequent runs with more complex techniques such as e-surfing, touch-and-go e-foiling sessions and longer controlled foiling sessions. Our step-by-step approach guarantees a safe yet enjoyable learning experience!
