Discover how we transformed 20 acres of abandoned sugar cane land into a vibrant forest using regenerative agriculture. Witness cacao harvesting, fermentation and drying processes performed in small batches for maximum quality assurance.
At each stage, we will demonstrate roasting, winnowing, grinding, milling, conching and tempering techniques, with tasting at each step.
