Paddle up for a fun, blissful, and unforgettable experience out on the water! Come move in bliss out on the ocean, first thing in the morning.
We'll begin with a short stand up paddle introduction on the sand followed by a full SUP Yoga class ending in a restorative aqua savasana with some time to grab some photos. You'll also have time afterwards to enjoy the ocean and relax on the boards under the sun with an open paddle.
