Primary elements of the course include exceptional in-depth instruction with techniques for safety, breath-holding, relaxing, learning about specific equipment and problem management. There is also yoga fitness and nutrition information. A strong foundation is key when you make the ocean your playground. Take your time to get your body and mind prepared to make your underwater experiences more comfortable and fun! All participants passing the minimum level of course requirements will receive a Freediver certification card (Certification level depends on days attended).
